Along with the Completed application (link here), you must submit the following:

1. Obtain a copy of your birth certificate

2. Obtain a note or physical from your doctor that states you are physically fit to work. (You or your parents should reach out to your doctor. It may take a while to obtain an appointment)​

Once you have all required documents, please come to the Main Office to see Ms. Alexander ([email protected]).

Things to remember:

• If you are 18 years old, you do not need an employment certificate (working card)

• If you have received your employment certificate (working card) within the last year and have misplaced your card, please reach out to Ms. Alexander at [email protected]

• If you have a certificate that is for 14/15 years of age (blue card) and have since turned 16/17 you need to apply for a new card.
